Our Services
-
A voluntary, confidential process in which a neutral third party helps individuals in conflict reach a mutually acceptable resolution. The mediator does not make decisions or determine who is right. Instead, mediation encourages productive communication, clarifies underlying interests, and helps participants work toward mutually acceptable solutions.

What to Expect
-
Every matter begins with a confidential conversation. We’ll learn about your situation, answer your questions, and determine whether mediation or arbitration is the best path forward.
-
Once all parties agree to proceed, you’ll receive your service agreement, scheduling details, payment instructions, and any information needed before your session.
-
You’ll participate in a structured, respectful process designed to encourage productive communication and thoughtful decision-making in a neutral environment.
-
Depending on the service selected, you’ll leave with either a mutually developed agreement or a written arbitration award that provides a clear path forward.
Payment & Policies
Payment Policy
Mediation is not confirmed until all parties have paid their respective fees. Once a mediation date has been selected, payment from all parties is due within 48 hours. If payment is not received by the deadline, the requested date and time may be released and offered to other clients.
If payment is not received from all parties within 48 hours of selecting a mediation date, the reservation may be released. Any party who has already submitted payment will receive a refund, less a $75 administrative fee.
Reschedule Policy
Requests to reschedule a confirmed mediation are submit to availability and should be made as early as possible. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the scheduled mediation may be subject to the Cancellation Policy. Any credit toward a rescheduled mediation will be determined by MD Resolution at its sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 14 days of a scheduled mediation are subject to a $500 cancellation fee ($250 per party).
Fees paid for confirmed mediations are non-refundable, except as provided in the Payment Policy.
If mediation is rescheduled and subsequently completed, MD Resolution may, at its sole discretion, apply all or a portion of the cancellation fee toward the rescheduled mediation.
Overtime
If mediation exceeds the scheduled time, additional fees may apply. Overtime is billed at the agreed hourly rate and will be discussed with all parties before continuing.
